Reserve Your Vendor Space.

We can’t wait to have you join us in our brand-new location, Corner Connection! You will officially be part of our first event ever in our new venue, Pendleton Hall at Corner Connection. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome you and your business.

All spaces are 10’x10’ and a tent for display will be permitted inside but is not required. Tents are encouraged in our 5 Premium Courtyard Spaces.

Electric is available for an additional $25, however, you will need to bring your own cords, we will secure them and locate you accordingly for electricity needs.

Important Setup Details: Setup will begin at 6AM and must be completed by 8AM. Our event does not begin until 9AM, however, we are directly located next to the Charles Town Farmers Market and we want minimal disruption to their vendor setup. We will have staff available to assist with move in.

VERY IMPORTANT Setup Details: We will also offer Setup the night before, April 14th, from 3PM-8PM (highly recommended) but this excludes the Premium Courtyard Spaces as they are not covered by our security. All Vendor displays and items will be inside, locked, secured and monitored for the night until we open again in the morning.

Important Break Down Details: Vendors MAY NOT break down prior to 12PM. Please note the Charles Town Farmers Market also ends at 12PM and their vendors will be breaking down, as well. We will all be courteous and supportive as we navigate packing and exiting.

Special Note: Charles Town Now is hosting our Blooms & Blossoms Fest throughout the day. Should you not want to break down and enjoy more of our wonderful town, then we encourage you to secure your booth, but feel free to leave your booth and items inside while you roam. We will have the event venue locked and secured for the remainder of the day, and Corner Connection will continue to be staffed throughout the day. We do have other events planned for the front of our building, such as Yoga for a Cause - Rescue Me WV, but that will be held in another part of the building. You are required to have your break down of your booth completed no later than 5PM on April 15th. We hope you enjoy a successful morning and a fun afternoon taking in all the Charles Town community has to offer!

Flower & Garden Vendor $25 - Directly related to Expo categories including, but not limited to:

  • Florists, Planters, Growers & Greenhouses

  • Lawn, Landscape & Garden Services

  • Lawn, Landscape & Garden Supply

  • Pond Supply & Services

  • Fencing, Deck & Patio Services

Premium Flower & Garden Courtyard Space $100 - Same as above, but outside on high visibility intersection and neighboring the Farmers Market (can move inside if weather becomes an issue, however, premium fee will not be refunded).

Community Vendor $75 - Not related to Expo categories including, but not limited to:

  • Crafters that do not relate to Flower & Garden

  • Community and Business Services that do no relate to Flower & Garden

Young Entrepreneurs $15 - We would like to encourage our young people in business to join in the fun and engagement of the day! This category is for Young Entrepreneurs under 18yo who want to showcase their wares, business or services. Be mindful that cottage baking laws, health department regulations, and any other municipal requirements still apply should you be promoting or selling a regulated product like baked goods, etc.

After you complete the form, we will email you confirmation and a payment link. You must submit payment within 48 hours of receiving link in order to secure your space.
