    October 28, 2024
CHARLES TOWN — Girl Scouts gathered at Corner Connection last week for the Election Connection for Girls event, where they could learn more about the election process.

The event brought in local female political candidates to talk about their campaign and answer questions about what they do.

Angelina Gray is the Girl Scout leader for Troop 15099, as well as the events coordinator for Girls Scouts Service Unit 15-08. Gray helped organize this event to give the Scouts the chance to hear from local politicians and learn more about the election process. Read More from The Journal
