Our Mission is to create a multifunctional resource center that fosters connections, creativity, and collaboration to support entrepreneurs, small business owners, and educators in the ever-growing Jefferson County community. We believe our vision will serve to build a bridge between business, community, and unique retail offerings including cornerstone events and activities that drive engaged traffic and shared revenue to the downtown community of Charles Town and beyond.

• We will create opportunities for entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to market with less overhead and flexible use space.

  • The Media Suites - Flex Use Photography and Video Space, staged and equipped.

  • Podcast Suite - With additional production support available.

  • Community Suite and Club Suite - For hosting gatherings, networking and pitch meetings.

• We will be the cornerstone of creating a much needed and diversified event space in Downtown Charles Town that will drive traffic and visitors to the area, thus stimulating opportunity for neighboring businesses and initiatives.

• We will support women-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned businesses while paying forward opportunities into the community.

• We will provide the homeschool community additional capacity for workgroups, meetups, and more.

• We will be a space that fosters networking, collaboration, along with personal and professional development.

We are not limited to the above focus, rather these are our Phase One efforts. We believe in transparency, and we want the community to know we are here, and we are open for both business and opportunity to all who can benefit from supporting each other.
